Helena Ruffin

Helena Ruffin joined Rose Greene Financial Services in 2001. As a member of our ensemble practice, Helena has focused on expanding the services we offer our clients in the realm of life and long-term care insurance, and variable annuities.

After graduating from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan with a degree in communications, Helena began a successful career in sales management and marketing. For more than 22 years she was employed by companies such as CBS/Viacom, Arbitron Ratings, and Infinity Radio Sales. She also served as Vice President of several high-profile new media companies, including Netzero.

Helena brought her decades of experience in the corporate world with her when she joined our team. Her family ties in the Financial Services Industry made the transition a natural one, and Helena fully embraced Rose’s philosophy of independence, education, and client advocacy.

In addition to her work in the insurance field, Helena also serves as our COO and Marketing Director. She oversees all aspects of client relations and communication, including our monthly eNewsletter (The Rose Report), our website, and our informational mailings.

Helena holds a Series 6 securities registration through LPL Financial, a California Life and Health Insurance License, (CA Insurance Lic. # 0D94631) and a Long-Term Care Certification. When not engaged in insurance or marketing work, Helena can be found behind the lens of a camera, continuously developing her life’s other passion, photography. Her art can be seen, in a frequently rotated display, on the walls of Rose Greene Financial Services.
